a mixed stay, some issues noted
sticky floor open water
my experience had some setbacks. the floor had a sticky feel, a clear sign it needed better cleaning. i found that one of the complimentary water bottles had already been opened, unacceptable. noise from the street was a problem throughout the night, and i could clearly hear snoring coming from the adjacent room.

helpful staff public transport airport access dark alleyway old elevator unnerving feeling
The staff was very helpful. public transport was just outside the door. it was quite simple to reach the hotel from the airport with the 100e bus. A short walk was also required.
the entrance feels like an alley way and it is dark. the elevator seems old and makes unhealthy sounds. the building felt unnerving when i first arrived, it was hard to shake that feeling.

amazing location city center welcome drink terminal issue atm search bubble malfunction
The location was amazing! The city center was easily accessible and the room was surprisingly quiet because of the three-layered windows. I had a welcome drink. It was a sweet wine. A wardrobe and two tables provided enough space for a light breakfast and to store belongings. The receptionist promptly brought an iron when I requested it. I secure hotel due to the security with three separate doors protecting from the street.
I had trouble paying by card. The terminal was not working. I had to find an ATM to withdraw cash, as I could not pay in EUR. The spa bath was large, but the bubbles did not work. I also noticed there was a bad smell in the bathroom.

The hotel's central location was a real plus. I found it easy to walk to many attractions from there. The room was a good size and very clean (a relief, honestly). I appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival.
There was some street noise at night. The windows could use better insulation.
